The Certificate in Mentoring offers teachers and educational leaders opportunities to develop their abilities and dispositions to reflect on their academic and pedagogical thinking, so that they can share their expertise and support their colleagues' professional development, through skillful mentoring.

Applicants are required to have an Honours Degree (Level 8) or equivalent and be working within an educational setting.

On successful completion of this Minor Award, graduates may choose to complete the MA in Management in Education or the Master of Education (MEd) at SETU Waterford.
