SETU is committed to a policy of equal opportunities in education and to ensuring that students with disabilities have equitable access to their programme of study. Students with disabilities are encouraged to register with their relevant campus Disability Office to seek supports. To apply for reasonable accommodations, students must contact their relevant campus Disability Office. An individual needs assessment is provided for all students based upon their supporting documentation. Reasonable accommodations can include but are not limited to, assistive technology, learning support and examination accommodations. Successful DARE applicants must also apply for reasonable accommodations and must contact their relevant campus Disability Office for a Needs Assessment. Supporting documentation is required to register with the disability office. Students based on Waterford and Carlow campuses can contact the campus disability office for more details. Students based on the Wexford campus can contact the Students Services Offices.
