The second tranche of the TU RISE Research Sabbaticals is now open. We invite applications from SETU lecturers who wish to take a sabbatical to dedicate more time to their research.
On behalf of Professor Marie Claire Van Hout, SETU Vice President for Research, Innovation and Impact, and Dr Geraldine Canny, Head of Research, we are pleased to announce that the TU RISE Sabbatical Scheme is now open for applications.

The purpose of the Research Sabbatical is to provide academics with dedicated research time to engage with regional industry and develop new research projects of relevance to the region and in line with European Regional Development Funding (ERDF). This can include spending time in regional industry and within EU regions to provide academics with dedicated research time to engage with enterprises and develop new research projects.
