Rimsha Sajid was a featured speaker at TEDxHM 2026 in Munich, with a talk entitled 'Attention is Your Most Valuable Currency - Are You Spending It Wisely?'

Rimsha Sajid, a final year International Business student at SETU, was a featured speaker at TEDxHM 2026 in Munich.

Hosted at Hochschule München University of Applied Sciences, the event centred on the theme 'Learning for a Responsible Life,' bringing together a diverse range of voices focused on shaping a more responsible and reflective future.In her talk, “Attention is Your Most Valuable Currency - Are You Spending It Wisely?”, Rimsha explored how constant digital engagement is reshaping focus, behaviour, and wellbeing in today’s hyperconnected world.

During the talk, Rimsha blended personal insight with broader societal observations, and she encouraged audiences to rethink their relationship with technology and to become more intentional with their attention.

During the talk, Rimsha said: "The addictive cycle of constant phone use and dopamine driven scrolling is being recognised at a global scale. The World Health Organisation now recognises digital addiction as a global health concern. That is how serious this has become. It's no longer just a bad habit, it's a recognised mental health condition."

Commenting on changing habits when it comes to technology, Rimsha said, "I believe that change begins in the smallest moments: one conversation, one habit, one person at a time.”
