The BSc (Honours) in Organic Agriculture is a programme for students that want to lead the development of the Irish Organic Sector. Graduates from the programme will have a skill set that specialises in organic food production and can be applied across the entire agrifood industry. 

Years 1 and 2 are geared towards the development of technical skills that are used in farm businesses, and upon completion students will be eligible for stamp duty exemption or land transfer for young farmers (Green Cert.

Years 3 and 4 focus on the development of skills that are needed to be successful in the agricultural industry. During this time, students will deepen their understanding of organic agriculture and the biology and business principles that underpin the sector.
