Erasmus+ stands as the European Union's flagship education and training initiative, opening doors for students to embark on transformative study and work experiences abroad.
As part of this programme, students can choose to immerse themselves in a foreign academic setting for 3-12 months or engage in a traineeship for 2-12 months in a participating country.
Under the current Erasmus+ 2021-27 programme there is also the option of a Blended Intensive Programme, which is a short-term physical mobility combined with compulsory online learning (“virtual component”), which can take place before, during or after the physical mobility. The physical mobility can be between 5 and 30 days. A minimum of 3 ECTS credits is also required.
At SETU, our students are embracing these growing opportunities, tapping into enriching study and work placements abroad. Research underscores that these experiences not only enhance academic horizons but also foster intercultural competencies and self-reliance. Beyond academics, Erasmus+ offers an unforgettable and fulfilling journey of personal growth and exploration.
