The Management and Leadership Development Programme at South East Technological University is suitable for new managers across academic and PMSS staff cohorts. The roll-out addresses the requirement in SETU’s Strategic Plan, 2023-2028.
The objectives of the programme are to:
- Create a common understanding of the core skills and competencies of highly effective managers using a range of tools, questionnaires, diagnostics, and dialogue.
- Build the skills of participants to manage others effectively and efficiently through experiential learning methods and well-researched management concepts.
- Provide participants with the capabilities to start managing others with skill, confidence, and competence.
