Waterford Campus Student Registration

***This registration process is for students enrolled at the SETU Waterford Campus. Please ensure that you are a student of this campus before proceeding.***

***Please note that online registration will open on the 26 August, 2026.***

How to Register Online 2026/27

Before you begin this process please ensure you have:

1. Registration Information email with SETU Username and Password in hand.

2. Digital photograph of Passport quality.

Please note our online registration portal will open from 12:00pm (GMT) Wednesday 26th August 2026.

Web-Registration, and upload of Passport quality photograph via the SETU website

• Click on the link below for New Entrant Online Registration.
• Enter the SETU username and Password as detailed on your Registration Information letter.
• Proceed to ‘To complete Online Registration, Click here’.

NOTE - Upload of Photograph for your Student I.D. Card.

• Please have a digital photo of Passport quality (e.g. head and shoulders, front view, sharp and clear and against a plain background) ready for uploading during the online process by Monday 31st August 2026 otherwise we cannot guarantee that your card will be ready to use on your first day of term.

Attend our Orientation Days

Our Virtual International Orientation programme will take place online on Wednesday 2nd September 2026. Our Physical on campus orientation programme will take place on the SETU Main Campus, Cork Road on Friday 4th September 2026.

NOTES:

1. Please ensure to complete all stages as instructed, otherwise your enrolment will not be confirmed.
2. Your Student I.D. card will enable you to access the Institute’s library and computer facilities.
3. Your Student I.D. photograph will be used for identification purposes and for academic and administration activities of the University.
