Carlow & Wexford Campuses Student Registration

***This registration process is for students enrolled at the SETU Carlow and Wexford Campuses. Please ensure that you are a student of one of these campuses before proceeding.***
 

Online Registration

All information regarding online registration will be sent to incoming Carlow and Wexford students via email prior to orientation and induction which commences on the 4th September.

Full instructions on how to register will be detailed in this email.

  • All new student registrations are completed online.
  • New students must be in Ireland to complete registration; it cannot be done from outside Ireland.

Pre-Registration Meeting

  • A pre-registration meeting for all new students will be held online on Wednesday, September 3rd.
  • You will receive an invitation to attend this meeting by email.
  • The steps of registration will be demonstrated at this meeting.

Post-Meeting Steps

  • In the days following the meeting, new students will receive their SETU Carlow and Wexford Student ID number and temporary password to access the Student Portal.
  • The registration process can be undertaken on the Student Portal.

Documentation

  • New students do not require any additional documentation for the registration process.

Internet Access

  • All new students must have access to the Internet via a local SIM card to complete the multi-factor authentication part of the registration process.
  • SIM cards will be distributed to all new students by the International Office Team on the first day of the induction process.
  • It is not possible to connect to free campus WiFi until after registration has been completed.

Attendance and Notifications

  • Any new student who will not be able to attend the campus on Thursday, September 4th, should notify Hannah Murphy at [email protected].
  • Any late arrivals will be accommodated by the International Office in the registration process.
  • It is very important to attend the meeting on Wednesday, 3rd September, as all important information and tips on completing the registration process will be shared at that meeting.
