Parchments for all major awards are issued at the SETU conferring ceremonies. Should you not be in a position to attend your ceremony, your parchment will be posted in the weeks following the relevant ceremony. Parchments for all other ceremonies will be issued directly to graduates either by post, or at a course event.
For students studying on a campus in Waterford, a digital version of your parchment is available via Digitary from 2020 onwards. For students studying on a Carlow or Wexford campus, digital parchments will be available for all those who graduate in the academic year 2024/2025.

These offices will assist you with your request. Note that there is a charge of €65 for a replacement parchment.
