Parchments

Parchments for all major awards are issued at the SETU conferring ceremonies. Should you not be in a position to attend your ceremony, your parchment will be posted in the weeks following the relevant ceremony. Parchments for all other ceremonies will be issued directly to graduates either by post, or at a course event. 

For students studying on a campus in Waterford, a digital version of your parchment is available via Parchment Digitary Services from 2020 onwards. For students studying on a Carlow, Wicklow or Wexford campuses, digital parchments are not yet available.  We anticipate that this service will be introduced in the coming months for those who Graduate from the 2025-2026 Academic year.

If you require a replacement hard copy of your parchment, please complete the Parchment Replacement form. Academic Awards Office will then be in contact to assist with your request.

Note that there is a charge of €65 for a replacement parchment
