You’ll engage with industry-relevant tools and technologies—such as SQL, Tableau, Hadoop, and Python—while learning to design and manage scalable data systems and lead change through strategic data use. Modules are delivered by experienced academics and industry professionals and are fully assessed through applied coursework and projects.

The modules that can be taken to make up this award are all offered as stand alone awards. All the modules below are 10 credits. The major award is made up of 60 credits. Graduates with a major award at 8 qualifications are eligible for the programme. Other applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis through completion of the Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL). SETU reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the programme.

Students will have full access to a range of supports available online and through Blackboard, our virtual learning environment. These include our new online programme, PACE, which is designed to support students to access and effectively use library resources in order to complete assignments. Additional supports include an Academic Writing Centre and Maths Support Centre, freely available to all students.
