Overview

The Certificate in Education Law addresses some of the major legal issues and regulations   in Education that are of practical concern to educators.  It will provide them with examples of legal concepts and precedents and help them to understand legal information used in their own educational context.

Applicants are required to have an Honours Degree (Level 8) or equivalent and be working within an educational setting.

On successful completion of this Minor Award, graduates may choose to complete the MA in Management in Education at SETU.
