Biography

Martina Mullally is Project Coordinator with the University's Strategic Planning Office at South East Technological University (SETU), based at the College Street Campus in Waterford. She brings extensive experience in higher education administration, project coordination, and strategic development.

Martina’s academic background is in Business and Teaching and Learning. She holds a Master’s degree in Business, specialising in Management, and a Master’s degree in Teaching and Learning in Further and Higher Education.

She joined the organisation in 2006 and has since held a variety of roles across the University, including Research Administrator, Postgraduate and Finance Administrator in the Faculty of Lifelong Learning & Education, and EU Research Project Coordinator for the Sustainable Learning Networks in Ireland and Wales (SLNIW) project within the Faculty of Business. She also worked as ICT Skills/Springboard Programme and Placement Coordinator within the Faculty of Lifelong Learning and Education.

In February 2021, Martina joined the Programme Management Office as Multi-Campus Workstream Coordinator. Following the merger to form SETU, she became PMO Coordinator for the Technological University Transformation Fund (TUTF) and Technological Sector Advancement Fund (TSAF).

In January 2025, Martina moved to the Strategy Office, where she is currently coordinating the Realising Opportunities and Development (ROaD) project, supporting institutional transformation and long-term strategic objectives.
