Corina is a driven and passionate learning and development facilitator, supporting the development of staff capabilities at South East Technological University (SETU). As Continuing Professional Development Coordinator, she is committed to supporting staff through their CPD journey, as well as investing in her own along the way.
Corina holds a MA in Teaching & Learning in Further & Higher Education, a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management, a Certificate in Mentoring for Teacher Education and a Certificate in Adult Literacy Studies. Corina teaches part-time in Human Resource Management and acts as a Practice Placement Supervisor for initial teacher education programmes (L8 & L9) in the Department of Education, SETU.
With over 20 years experience in the higher education sector, Corina has been involved in the development and operationalisation of staff learning and development strategies, along with supporting new staff onboarding. She has extensive experience in the design and delivery of learning and development interventions, and liaising with internal and external providers, and stakeholders to meet staff needs.
