Springboard +Courses

SETU will offer several hundred Springboard-funded places for 2025/26 across a range of disciplines. All courses will start in September and we willhave information about the specific courses funded at the Open Evening. These places are 90%-funded if you are working and free if you are unemployed or returning to work – subject to proof of eligibility. All courses are in areas of high skills need in the economy including science, hospitality, engineering, computing along with business, management and marketing. Springboard+ courses range from level 6 to full Masters. Courses are typically up to one year and are open to employed, unemployed and people planning to return to the workforce.

Part-time Courses

SETU offer  part-time course options from entry level 6 to postgraduate level 9 each year. Courses range from individual specialist modules to short courses to full major awards including a broad range of postgraduate options. Part-time courses are available at SETU’s Waterford, Carlow, Wexford campuses and with many fully online and blended options.
