Overview

This module introduces candidates to the theories, practices and ideals of ethical management and leadership. Using a range of case studies, it utilises current policy and law alongside business leadership theory to help candidates to hone their own leadership skills. Considering a range of Irish and international examples, this module offers candidates the chance to reflect on their own values to achieve a deep social and philosophical understanding of leadership.

Entry Requirements

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the programme
