The Certificate in Administrative Law 2 aims to provide students with an appreciation of the executive of the government's relationship with the judicial and legislative arms, the historical development of that relationship and the influence of human rights and EU law on Irish administrative law.

This programme is a module from our Law degree programme, offered as a standalone certificate for students who are interested in gaining a recognised qualification in this discipline.

PLEASE NOTE: Administrative Law 1 must be completed before taking Administrative Law 2

Entry Requirements

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.
