This programme will be offered online for the 2025/26 academic year
You’ll complete three integrated modules (10 ECTS each):
- Executive Coaching
Gain hands-on experience with executive coaching tools, models, and processes. Design tailored coaching engagements and learn to evaluate coaching outcomes critically. - Executive Coaching Philosophy and Purpose
Shape your coaching identity. Reflect on your values and belief systems, explore the psychological underpinnings of coaching, and learn how to navigate assumptions and feedback. - Coaching through Change Management and Coaching Intervention
Become an agent of change. Learn to coach through complex organisational change with strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and resistance management techniques.
PLEASE NOTE: These modules can be offered as Stand Alone awards.
All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the programme.
This programme is embedded in our Master of Business in Executive Leadership. Students who undertake the additional 60 ECTS can seek to claim this award.
Students will have full access to a range of supports available online and through Blackboard, our virtual learning environment. These include our new online programme, PACE, which is designed to support students to access and effectively use library resources in order to complete assignments. Additional supports include an Academic Writing Centre and Maths Support Centre, freely available to all students.
