Overview

This module aims to help participants to develop valuable transferable personal and professional skills. It introduces participants to the basic skills of project management, decision-making, problem solving, team working and communications. The personal development of a person is often a defining factor in their ability to progress professionally.

Entry Requirements

Students are required to be computer literate. This programme is suitable for both graduates and non-graduates. Potential students could be in the public or private sector or working in community services. All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the programme.
