The Literacy Development Centre (LDC) in conjunction with our Erasmus+ Ignition partners are hosting a symposium on Adult Education and Empowerment on May 16 at the SETU Arena.
Prof Ted Fleming from Maynooth University will deliver the keynote address. The event will also include Dr Madelon Van Oostrom from Hanze University and many past LDC students who currently work within the further education and training sector. There will also be a number of workshops focusing on research, arts based methodology and challenged based learning.
