Each graduate may invite two guests only to be present in the Conferring Hall, SETU Arena and entry to the ceremony is strictly by ticket only. To ensure seating, guests are advised that they should present themselves at the Conferring Hall no later than 30 minutes prior to the scheduled start of the procession of graduates. Doors close once the procession of graduates commences. Please note that the enclosed ticket is not transferable and, therefore, may only be used by your guests.
You must present yourself at the registration desk in SETU Arena no later than sixty minutes before the procession of graduates. You will be required to remain in your registration area and will be led in procession to the Conferring Hall.
The event will be recorded and there will also be a live stream available to view for any guests who cannot make it on the day. Details of the live stream will be available on our website, www.setu.ie
All graduates are required to present themselves in academic robes and SETU colors. Dress attire should be appropriate to the occasion, e.g. formal business attire.
Yes, you can view the ceremony live on our SETU website. This will be available on our events page on the day of conferring.
