Overview

The Certificate in Evidence 2 aims to provide students with a sound knowledge and critical understanding of the various exclusionary rules and principles of evidence that apply in the Irish court system.

This programme is a module from our law degree programme, offered as a standalone certificate for students who are interested in gaining a recognised qualification in this discipline.

PLEASE NOTE: Certificate in Evidence 1 must be completed before taking Evidence 2
