Overview

The Certificate in Constitutional Law 2 aims to provide students with a sound understanding of constitutional law and theory, and an appreciation of key doctrines including rights relating to the criminal trial, equality, unenumerated rights, guarantees relating to the family and education, freedom of religion, expression, association and assembly, the guarantee of personal rights and personal liberty, inviolability of the dwelling, constitutional policy on abortion and the Directive Principles of Social Policy.

This programme is a module from our Law degree programme, offered as a standalone certificate for students who are interested in gaining a recognised qualification in this discipline.

Entry Requirements

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.
