Overview

The Certificate in Constitutional Law 1 aims to provide students with an understanding of the functions, structure of, and interaction between, the legislative, judicial and executive powers of government in the context of the doctrine of the separation of powers, and the overarching matters of constitutional litigation and interpretation.

This programme is a module from our law degree programme, offered as a standalone certificate for students who are interested in gaining a recognised qualification in this discipline.

Students with an interest in this area should progress to the Certificate of Constitutional Law 2 on successful completion of this module.

Entry Requirements

All applicants will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Lifelong Learning reserves the right to require applicants to attend for an interview to determine their suitability for the course.
