Overview

the certificate in Administrative Law 1 will provide students with a firm understanding of the law regulating the organisation, composition, functions and procedures of public authorities and their roles in the administrative and executive arm of government.

This programme is a module from our law degree programme, offered as a standalone certificate for students who are interested in gaining a recognised qualification in this discipline.

Students with an interest in this area should progress to the Certificate in Administration Law 2 on successful completion of this module.
