The courses section of this Web site comprises the SETU online course prospectus. The information contained in this online course prospectus is, to the best of our knowledge, true and accurate at the time of publication. Please note it may be updated with amendments periodically. The content of the prospectus is for information purposes only and should not be viewed as the basis of a contract between students and the Institute. SETU reserves the right to amend programmes or regulations at any time without notice. We may re-open previously closed programmes to accept applications in the event of programme quotas not being met. The Institute also reserves the right to withdraw programmes periodically for any reason (e.g. insufficient numbers) or add new programmes at any stage without prior notice.

Restrictions on use of materials

The Site is owned and operated by SETU. No material from SETU or any website owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by SETU may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may download one copy of the materials on any single computer for your personal, non-commercial home use only, provided you keep intact all copyright and other proprietary notices. Jurisdictional Issues

The Site is controlled and operated by SETU from its offices within Waterford City, County Waterford, Ireland and Carlow town, County Carlow. You agree that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to these terms shall be filed only in the courts located in Ireland and you hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. SETU makes no representation that materials in the Site are appropriate or available for use in other locations.
