- Your manager
- Your lecturer/supervisor
- The health & safety office

This information is required for compliance with the Safety, Health & Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2007. It will be used in the processing of incident information and may be shared with the Health & Safety Authority for the purpose of accident reporting. It will be held by the Health & Safety Office.
