Rachel started working at Institute of Technology Carlow in 2017 as the International Officer. Spent 4 very busy years traveling overseas to recruit non-EU students. In 2021 she took on the new role of Senior Staff Officer, overseeing the administration of the international office and working on non-EU admissions.
