Currently Director of Placement for the Business School and Lecturer. I lecture in the areas of Marketing, Management and Human Resources. The main marketing subject areas I lecture in are, Sales and Sales Management, Business to Business Marketing and Aviation Marketing. My main focus in Human Resources are, Training and Development and Corporate Social Responsibility. I focus on behavioural change and self-awareness for prospective managers in my management modules by looking at areas like change management, conflict resolution, cultural awareness and leadership style.
I am also an Ajunct Professor at Reutlingen University in Germany where I lecture in marketing and sales.

I previously work for eircom as a Corporate Account Manager where I was a specialist in Government Markets.
