Dr. Emer Emily Neenan holds a Ph.D. in Education from Trinity College Dublin, an M.Sc. completed at the Dublin Institute For Advanced Studies Geophysics Section, and a Bachelors degree in Geology from Trinity College Dublin. Her doctoral studies focused on Earth Science and climate change education in Ireland, using a children's rights based methodology, and her thesis was written as a creative non-fiction epistolary. Her academic interests include science education, philosophy of education research, philosophy of language, creative academic writing, and other forms of creative expression in academic work.
