Biography
I am a Lecturer in Mathematics & Statistics within the School of Science and Computing. I am currently supervising a PhD student researching in the area of Riordan arrays and Algorithm Analysis. I also research with the CEOL group in UCC. We are currently involved in a COST Action programme on reversible computation.
Research Interests: Combinatorics; Algorithm analysis, Riordan arrays
My research interests fall under the broad area of Discrete Mathematics. I am especially interested in Riordan arrays and the study of Lattice paths relating to Riordan arrays.
I am currently involved in the project understanding Unemployment in the Era of Big Data. This branch of research is supported by a funding grant from the Irish Research Council (IRC) under the New Horizons Interdisciplinary Research Project Award.
