Biography

I currently have over 20 years lecturing experience in the areas of Computer Infrastructure and Networks, Cloud Computing and Computer Systems. 

I am currently the Assistant Head of the Computing and Mathematics Department in SETU and I am also the programme coordinator of the BSc.(H) in Software Systems Development. My focus is on empowering students to reach their full potential in the ever changing world of technology. 

Beyond the classroom, I am enthusiastic about exploring the domains of sports technology and wearables and investigating how technology can help to improve sports performance. I am also a member of the Waterford Camogie Executive Committee. 

2004 – Present: Lecturer in the School of Science (Computing)

I am currently teaching at undergraduate level and my main interest areas are Computer Systems, Operating Systems Networks and Cloud Infrastructure. I also supervise  MSc Dissertations
