SETU’s HRS4R Action Plan (2026–2029) outlines a comprehensive programme of institutional enhancement aligned with the European Charter & Code. The Plan was developed through extensive consultation with researchers and Research Managers and Administrators (RMAs) and informed by institutional survey data and policy review.
