South East Technological University (SETU) proudly announced the launch of its innovative Change Management Toolkit, a ground-breaking initiative designed to champion a people-centred approach to change through the application of design thinking methodologies. The toolkit was officially introduced by SETU’s president, Professor Veronica Campbell, and Senior Change Management Professional at SETU, Lynne Whelan, at a recent event hosted by the university's Change Network.

South East Technological University (SETU) proudly announced the launch of its innovative Change Management Toolkit, a ground-breaking initiative designed to champion a people-centred approach to change through the application of design thinking methodologies. The toolkit was officially introduced by SETU’s president, Professor Veronica Campbell, and Senior Change Management Professional at SETU, Lynne Whelan, at a recent event hosted by the university's Change Network. 
 
Speaking about the launch, Prof. Campbell commented, "At SETU, our unwavering commitment to the individuals at the heart of our organisation fuels our dedication to supporting our community through periods of transformation. Lynne Whelan, Senior Change Management Professional at SETU, outlined the significance of the design thinking approach employed in the toolkit, "Our methodology aims to cultivate a shared understanding of roles, fostering collaboration to build a cohesive working environment and encouraging critical thinking about 'how' and 'why' we do things. This approach offers creative leadership opportunities, innovative approaches, and continuous support for our adaptability to change." 
 
Developed by senior change management professionals in collaboration with SETU’s Brand Manager, Dr John Power, the Change Management Toolkit offers a comprehensive journey map and a series of tools.
