Research Facilities & Equipment
SETU hosts a wide range of research facilities and equipment within its research centres which is available for use by businesses and industry. Our equipment is supported by experienced researchers.
Incubation Space
SETU provides entrepreneurs and early stage businesses with the supports and assistance needed to develop their enterprise. We offer office space, mentoring, business advice access to funding and access to the wider university community. SETU has two incubation centres:
Sport Facilities
SETU Arena is the largest sports, conference and events centre in the South East of Ireland. Situated on the outskirts of Waterford, makes it accessible to those in neighbouring counties. This multipurpose facility caters for everyone from recreational gym users to high performance athletes, and can facilitate various sports, events and conferences.
Library Facilities
SETU has a large library on the Waterford campus which is open to the general public to borrow books once they are members. The Luke Wadding library collection comprises over 180,000 print items, and over 120,000 eBook titles. In addition, the library houses over 340 hardcopy journals, and provides access to thousands of online journals through our database collections.
