The Careers Development Centre offers support and advice throughout your time at the SETU, no matter what stage you are at on your employability journey. We have lots of resources /advice for those wishing to plan and manage their career development.

Check back often as they are regularly updated.
- Login to your MyCareer platform using your SETU username and password.
- Submit your request under the "query" or "appointment" function.
- Await a reply with a date/time.
- Our appointments are available in person and online, usually lasting 20 minutes. If more time is needed another appointment will be given.
Vacancies are uploaded under "opportunities" on the MyCareer platform.

If you require help with your CV, please email [email protected] for a CV template and when completed, upload to your MyCareer platform. Please ensure that your CV is saved as a word document with your own name as the filename. The Careers Advisor will then review and get back to you by e-mail!

We would be delighted to advertise your vacancies free of charge through our career’s portal MyCareer. This is a “self-service” advertising facility, enabling you to input the details of the vacancy/opportunity. Once reviewed and approved by Careers you will receive a confirmation email and it will appear within the platform for our students to view.
