SETU Student Registration & Fee Information
2026/27 online registration for continuing full-time students is now open.
Faculty of Lifelong Learning continuing students will be able to register online from Friday, 22nd August, from 1 pm onwards.

Continuing Undergraduate Registration
- Opening Window: Online registration opens in mid-August each year via the Student Portal.
- Faculty of Lifelong Learning: Registration opens on Friday, 22nd August (from 1:00 PM onwards).

First-Year Undergraduate Registration
- CAO Offer & Login Email: Once you accept your offer via the CAO, you will receive an email from [email protected] containing your login details and registration instructions.
- Online Registration: You can register online via the Student Portal as soon as you receive your email (opens early September).

Registration Timelines After Exam Results
- Mid-September Results: Once your results are released and you are eligible to progress, you can register immediately via the Student Portal.
- Late September Results: If your results are released after mid-September, please allow up to 5 working days for your account setup before logging into the portal to register.

Even if you are in receipt of a SUSI award in 2026/2027, you will see a fee liability on your account for 2024/2025 when you log in to register online. You should enter your SUSI number in the appropriate field, this will advise us that you have a complete/ongoing application with SUSI. If you do not enter a SUSI number and do not pay 50% of full fees, you will not gain access to University facilities. If you have entered a SUSI number and not paid 50% full fees at online registration, you will have access to University facilities within 48 hours.
If you are grant-aided in the previous academic year or recorded on the University student record system as sponsored carrying modules from a previous year, you should register on your programme of study as normal.

NOTE: If you were not a Sponsored/Grant-aided Student in the previous academic year and have now received or applied for a grant you should enter your SUSI reference number in the appropriate section within online registration.
