The Community Education and Development Programmes are based in the College St. Campus in Waterford City. An outreach model is used for certain programmes to bring university access into local communities.

This programme is for adults returning to education or accessing education for the first time and so students can take a progressive pathway through each level of the programme. This part-time incremental approach increases a student’s opportunity to access education.
