Since 2024, the monthly lunchtime Education Research Seminar Series has provided a valuable forum for staff to share research, expertise, and good academic practice. The series primarily showcases staff members' doctoral studies, research initiatives, and large-scale collaborative projects involving the faculty. Consistently well attended, the Seminars have become a highlight of the faculty calendar.
Beyond providing a platform for the dissemination of research, the Seminar Series promotes collegiality and scholarly dialogue. It is an opportunity for staff to engage with different theoretical perspectives, methodologies, and emerging areas of investigation. The Series was created with the aim of fostering a vibrant research culture and offering an accessible space for early career researchers (ECRs) and established investigators to share their projects, receive constructive feedback and develop networks that could lead to long-term collaborations.
