                    Position:              Reservations Coordinator

                   Duties:                 I was responsible for individual and group reservations for both the busy city centre three star 135 bedroom Tower Hotel Waterford and its country four star sister hotel Faithlegg House Hotel and Golf Club. My role also within the group entailed contributing to yield management, budgeting, forecasting and the composition of management reports.

                 Position                  Receptionist and Reservations Clerk

                 Duties                     I was responsible for front office operational areas checking in and     checking out of hotel guests and taking guest reservations for the five star hotel and conference and event centre.

              Position                     Concierge, Receptionist and Night Auditor

             Duties                         Initially employed as concierge within the luxury five star hotel. I was later transferred within the front office department to reception where I became responsible for front of house duties and progressed on to processing the night audit.
