Position: Reservations Coordinator
Duties: I was responsible for individual and group reservations for both the busy city centre three star 135 bedroom Tower Hotel Waterford and its country four star sister hotel Faithlegg House Hotel and Golf Club. My role also within the group entailed contributing to yield management, budgeting, forecasting and the composition of management reports.
