Final year BA (Hons) Culinary Arts students present ‘Cooking for fun’, a range of original recipes designed by the students and accompanied by photographs, all of which created by the students.
Students created ‘Cooking for fun’ as part of the Media & Visual Arts: Promotion, Imagery & Design module and a previous food writing module in which students looked at recipe writing, food blogs, restaurant reviews and much more.
This module, as well as looking at branding and design concepts, looked at food photography and the principles of food styling which can be seen throughout the book below.
The students aim for the book was to reignite culinary interests in anyone who reads it and encourages readers to recreate any of the dishes found inside.
