The 2023 Postgraduate Research Conference will take place Wednesday 31 May in Dargan Centre at the Kilkenny Road Campus, Carlow, South East Technological University (SETU).
This event, organised by students and the Graduate Studies Office, celebrates research postgraduate work across SETU. The conference is aimed at early-stage research postgraduates and is an exciting opportunity for students to share their research, network within the postgraduate community and gain valuable experience.
This year’s theme 'Pushing Boundaries: Postgraduate Research at SETU' has been chosen to encourage interdisciplinary, cross campus collaborations and to celebrate the cutting-edge research taking place within SETU.
Prof Sally Shortall Newcastle University and SETU UK Joint Professor will deliver the keynote address. Read her full bio here.
The call for abstract submissions is now closed and there has been an incredible interest from postgraduate students across all campuses in the conference. With posters and oral presentations from a range of disciplines and research areas it is a day not to be missed by postgrads, Principal Investigators and anyone interested in the wealth of research ‘pushing the boundaries’ at SETU.
